Working days and hours
The SDK team is located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Our regular working hours are Sun-Thu, 1AM-10AM CST.
We have 24/7 on-duty support for production issues.
During integration with the SDK
Join the #ae-sdk-integrations Slack channel and send details about the product to which you are requestsing integration.

Contact ATOC. Please be sure to include session, customer, and expert ids to allow investigation.

The relevant team's on-duty devs, according to the issue and ATOC runbook.
