Working days and hours
The SDK team is located in TLV site.
Our working hours are Sun-Thu, 1AM-10AM CST and we have support 24/7 for production issues (team duty).

In the email please provide a full list of spotted issues and defined priority for solution.

Contact ATOC.
Please make sure you including session, customer, expert ids to allow investigation.

Duty of the relevant team according to the issue and ATOC runbook.

According to ATOC issue priority (P1, P2 etc).
